We are looking for a Web Designer to join Blueprint as we continue to evolve our brand and digital experiences. This role sits at the intersection of web experience, brand, and product marketing. You’ll own the day‑to‑day design and execution of our website while also supporting marketing campaigns, product launches, and field initiatives.

As Blueprint continues to expand its digital footprint, this role will help shape the future of our website, including the launch of a marketplace‑style experience that showcases our products, accelerators, and solutions. This is an opportunity to influence not just how our site looks, but how users discover, evaluate, and engage with what we build.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who values momentum over perfection, collaborates well across teams, and brings strong perspective to layout, hierarchy, and experience design.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain website pages using Word Press and Elementor.
  • Own web layout, hierarchy, and user experience across marketing, product, and landing pages.
  • Design and publish both technical and thought leadership blog content with strong readability and structure.
  • Research and incorporate new features or designs to the website consistently.
  • Translate product roadmaps, customer success stories, and services narratives into clear, compelling visual design along with marketing team leaders.
  • Create and maintain visual assets for:
  • Video branding and templates
  • PowerPoint and sales decks
  • Event and field marketing materials
  • Product marketing campaigns and launches
  • Support the evolution of Blueprint’s website toward a marketplace‑style experience, with a focus on discoverability, product storytelling, and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Services teams on ongoing initiatives.
  • Participate in concepting and design sessions, contributing ideas and creative direction.
  • Maintain brand consistency while continuously improving visual experience.
  • Prioritize speed, delivery, and iteration, with an understanding that refinement happens over time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in web design for a B2B technology company or equivalent experience at a creative or digital agency serving B2B clients.
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role, with clear ownership of web layout and experience decisions.
