Qualifications & responsibilities for this immediately hiring project:

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance for MV Drive products
• Act as the central point of coordination across the organization for cyber security initiatives
• Align and collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support and Service)
• Coordinate and track compliance‑related activities across multiple departments and sites
• Implement, adapt, and maintain processes to ensure ongoing CRA compliance
• Establish and oversee a vulnerability management and reporting process
• Ensure all required technical, regulatory, and compliance documentation is created, maintained, and up to date
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in line with corporate project governance
• Ensure transparency by regularly communicating progress, risks, and financial status to stakeholders
• Align MV Drives cyber security initiatives with Motion High Power Division global programs and standards

• Several years of experience in project management or leadership of technical teams
• Solid understanding of cyber security processes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, or related field
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑site, and multi‑stakeholder projects
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent written and spoken English, with strong communication abilities
• Experience with industrial drive systems or automation products is an advantage
