Senior Windows System Engineer

For a well-established boutique Investment Company in Lucerne, Nettworx is recruiting exclusively for a Senior System Engineer with a Microsoft / Windows background. This is a newly created position working in a team of 4 people.

• Administration and enhancement of the Public and Private Clouds (M365, VMWare Cloud Director), including Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online, Entra  Intune
• Working on the continuous development of a modern hybrid landscape, focusing on scalability, business continuity and cyber resilience
• Lead challenging IT projects such as cloud migrations, process automation and the implementation of security solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Support and optimize SaaS applications and on-premise systems, including integrations, license management, and compliance
• Opportunity to learn about and work on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Plan, conduct, and continuously improve internal training programs
• Act as Deputy to the Head of IT Operations & Systems
• Touchpoints with other diverse topics like Networking, Security, Servers and Backup

• At least 10 years of professional experience in Systems Engineering
• Advanced professional education / a degree in IT or a related field
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra , Intune etc.) and Cloud / Azure / VMWare
• Advanced skills in automation and scripting with Power Shell to efficiently manage systems and cloud services
• Some experience with Database systems and development is very welcome
• Any experience with Infrastructure or Security topics is also very welcome
• Very good to fluent German and fluent English
