• Filling, Labeling, and Packaging of Clinical Trial Materials
• Manual or semi-automatic filling of solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) into primary packaging according to internal guidelines, SOPs, and packaging instructions.
• Manual or semi-automatic labeling and packaging of clinical trial medicines according to internal guidelines, SOPs, and packaging instructions.
• Works precisely according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, internal company directives, and the instructions of the responsible study leads.
• Operates machinery and equipment for the preparation of clinical trial materials.

• Documents clinical packaging activities, logbooks, packaging-specific documentation, and electronic batch documentation.
• Documents according to internal documentation guidelines.
• Executes SAP transactions and is responsible for the correct handling of SAP by the assigned Packaging Operator.

• Reports special occurrences to the supervisor immediately.

• Team-oriented
• Enjoys a precise, structured, and efficient way of working
• Enjoys working with technical devices and machinery
• Fluent in German; English skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Computer skills (MS-Office and SAP)
