Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Förderung des Teams. Bewerber sollten über mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Produktionsprozessen verfügen. Die Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch (verhandlungssicher) sind erforderlich, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
