Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks related to clinical packaging in compliance with Work Order instructions, SOPs, health and safety guidelines, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment
• Ensures that all components and bulk materials are properly identified, within expiry, weighed when required, and verified throughout the entire process before proceeding to subsequent steps
• Verifies equipment calibration status prior to use to ensure calibration dates have not been exceeded
• Signs and dates utilization logs and all critical packaging steps in the Work Order documentation to ensure full traceability and compliance
• Conducts quality checks, equipment challenge tests, and periodic in-process inspections to safeguard product integrity and efficacy throughout the packaging process
• Works under moderate direction, applies job-specific knowledge effectively, and contributes to a smooth and compliant packaging workflow

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) German and English
• High level of manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (MS Office)
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
