Die Position umfasst die Koordination von Produktionsprozessen, die fachliche Leitung eines Teams sowie die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von GMP-Richtlinien. Bewerber sollten einen Lehrabschluss als Chemie-Pharmatechnologe EFZ oder einen Bachelor in biotechnologischen Disziplinen haben, sowie Erfahrung in der GMP-Produktion mitbringen. Es wird ein hohes Maß an Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit erwartet.
