Senior QA Specialist, QA Operations 80-100% (f/m/d)

Join the team as Senior QA Specialist to manage QA activities across projects, ensuring compliance and quality oversight in collaboration with QC, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Location: Visp, Switzerland (Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.)

• Lead QA operations during commissioning/qualification and project tech transfer in IBEX.
• Assess and manage tasks impacting Quality operations during GMP manufacturing.
• Plan future activities and coordinate with QC, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Support day‑to‑day Quality Assurance activities in accordance with SOPs and policies.
• Review GMP records to ensure compliance with cGMP per written procedures.
• Make real‑time decisions on process events on the floor, based on defined SOPs & policies.
• Participate in walkthroughs and audit/inspections.

• Academic degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Significant experience in pharmaceutical Quality area.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, Production or Engineering in pharmaceutical industries, cGMP regulated environment.
• QA experience in tech transfer preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems (e.g., TW, SAP) and quality tools such as FMEA.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
