Senior Specialist – QC Project Lead (Temporary Position)

On behalf of our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a Senior Specialist – QC Project Lead to lead the QC project team in charge of quality control projects.

As a key member of the QC project team, you will be the main interlocutor for production, quality assurance and external clients. You will represent quality control within cross‑functional project teams and ensure strategic alignment with QA, OPS, MSAT and engineering departments. In this autonomous role, you will make decisions related to the representation of QC in projects and collaborate closely with analytical laboratories, program management, process development, production and quality assurance.

Through rigorous planning and effective project management, you will ensure fast, reliable and cost‑effective order processing, even as customer priorities change.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and supervise production campaigns.
• Manage change requests and variances in accordance with GMP.
• Supervise customer or authority audits and inspections.
• Calculate and track the costs related to quality control within the project.
• Coordinate, prioritise and autonomously plan QC activities.

• Master in natural sciences (biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences).
• Experience in a GMP environment and quality control is appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work in a team.
• Organised with good stress management skills.
• Excellent skills in German and English.
• Knowledge of software, notably Documentum, LIMS and Trackwise.
