QC / Laboratory Project Support Specialist (GMP)

Contract: 1-year contract

Working hours: 41 hours per week

For our site in Visp, we are looking for a QC / Laboratory Project Support Specialist to support the timely and cGMP-compliant execution of projects within the Quality Control environment. This role is operational and coordination-focused, ensuring smooth execution of laboratory and quality-related activities.

• Timely and cGMP-compliant execution of projects within the assigned area
• Acting as an interface with Analytics representatives and cross-functional teams
• Approval of corrections in Pro Nas and creation of label data
• Support and execution of trainings
• Issuing reserve and stability samples
• Ordering and managing laboratory materials
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations

• QC (Quality Control)
• QA (Quality Assurance)
• AD (Analytical Development)
• PD (Process Development)
• MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology)
• Operations and Logistics

• Background in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP, QC, or laboratory environment
• Good understanding of GMP and quality systems
• Experience with QC software is a plus (e.g. LIMS, Track Wise)
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented mindset
