Die Rolle erfordert einen Social-FH oder HF Abschluss sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen. Sie arbeiten im Jahresarbeitszeitmodell an verschiedenen Wochentagen und bieten ein kollegiales Teamumfeld mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum.
