Projektleiter Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d) 80 – 100 %

Die Hauptaufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung komplexer Softwareprojekte
- Umsetzung von Entwicklungsprojekten anhand definierter Spezifikationen
- Eigenständige Priorisierung und Organisation cross-funktionaler Teams
- Anwendung agiler Methoden zur Optimierung der Abläufe
- Klärung technischer Herausforderungen im interdisziplinären Umfeld
Das Anforderungsprofil
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement innerhalb von Matrixorganisationen
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum
- Technisches Verständnis in Automatisierung oder Softwareentwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Dev Ops
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik oder vergleichbar
