Are you interested in building your own mom community through fitness? Then join our Mom in Balance team and support women and moms (to be) in keeping fit and strong during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

We offer customized outdoor group workouts for women and moms, supporting them through various stages of motherhood. An international community of like-minded women who motivate and inspire each other. Mom in Balance offers its own trainer training program including online and practical training assignments. Upon successful completion, trainers receive a personal trainer certificate, which is also certified by Quali Cert.

We are looking for fitness trainers to support women during pregnancy, postpartum, and up to perimenopause. Trainings consist of effective full-functional exercises using Mom in Balance resistance bands. Outdoor courses focus on strength, core, endurance, HIIT, mobility, and stability. Classes usually take place in the mornings or evenings.

You are positive, passionate, and love fitness. You're eager to train your own mom groups independently and promote Mom in Balance among your friends. You will participate in the Mom in Balance training program and receive the perfect preparation for practical work through an online training program offered by our head office in the Netherlands. Upon completion, you will be certified as a Personal Trainer, together with a certification by Quali Cert.

Ideally, you speak English (or the local language, depending on your location).

You will be part of a positive, international mom and women community that loves to support, empower, and inspire women. You'll work flexibly and independently, and decide when you want to offer classes in your neighborhood. We offer annual trainer days and regular team meetings. You'll receive excellent training guidance and a personal trainer certification.
