In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to attract new customers and upsell to existing ones using a consultative, needs-based approach listening, asking the right questions, and guiding customers to the best solutions.

--------------POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?

This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Use product knowledge and training to recommend the right solutions
  • Understand customer needs and resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Research and coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Manage customer accounts and document interactions in our systems
  • Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with team leads
  • Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
