What You’ll Do
At Protocase, we don't just manufacture custom solutions for engineers, scientists and innovators; we empower our team members to grow personally and professionally. We are innovators in custom manufacturing, enabling engineers, scientists, and researchers to build without limits. Our marketing team plays a critical role in telling our story, showcasing our cutting-edge products, and engaging our audience through high-quality content.
As the Advertising Campaign Manager, you’ll take charge of leading, launching, and optimizing our paid media campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll serve as the connection point between strategy, execution, data, and creativity.
Your Day-to-day Duties Will Include
- Managing ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, programmatic and display
- Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, creative, and objectives
- Tracking performance with KPIs like CTR, CAC, ROAS, and conversions
- Analyzing data and iterating campaigns for improved performance
- Running A/B tests, audience targeting adjustments, and creative refreshes
- Reporting outcomes to stakeholders and providing strategic insights
- Managing campaign budgets with precision and purpose
We’re looking for someone who gets just as excited about campaign metrics as they do about great storytelling. This role calls for someone who loves diving into data, collaborating across teams, and making smart, creative solution-based decisions that drive results. Here are some qualities and qualifications that would make you a great fit for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience running digital campaigns in a B2B setting
- Deep understanding of digital ad platforms and performance metrics
- Strategic thinker who thrives on data and loves refining tactics for results
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- You’re naturally curious. You like learning new tools, picking up creative tricks, and staying on top of trends—because finding better ways to do things just makes work more fun and effective.
- You stay cool and collected, even when things get hectic. Your natural curiosity and steady approach help you navigate pressure without losing your composure.
- You take accountability — you show up, follow through, and take responsibility instead of shifting blame
