--------------POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESWHAT DOES SOMEONE IN THIS ROLE ACTUALLY DO?
This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Use training and resources to confidently answer questions and recommend services
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Research and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams
- Manage customer accounts using our systems and tools
- Accurately process orders and maintain detailed records
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures consistently
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay current with training, updates, and team meetings
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
- Must be18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type
20+ words per minute - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of Windows OS
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships
