Job Summary Responsible for the management of up to three providers.## Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Required
* Associate's Degree and 4 years experience in an office practice environment at a supervisory level Required## Work Experience
* 1 or more years working in a medical practice environment with at least one year's experience at a supervisory level Required
* 1 or more years of insurance and reimbursement, CPT codes, ICD codes, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance procedures Preferred## Licenses and Certifications## Essential Functions
* Demonstrate the ability to function in an administrative role.
* Develop and manage departmental budget.
* Seek ways to increase revenue while decreasing expenses.
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate financial data to physicians, director, and (or) senior staff.
* Demonstrate an overall understanding of financial data.
* Demonstrate the ability to oversee the day-to-day operations of department.
* Demonstrate the ability to hold department accountable for overall performance.## COMMUNICATION
* Demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional manner.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
