SCOPE OF WORK- Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct in-home consultations with Long Island homeowners.
- Educate customers on high-efficiency heat pumps and ductless mini-split HVAC systems.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and close sales.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with company operations to help move approved projects toward installation.
- Self-Motivated: You have the initiative and drive to generate your own sales opportunities.

Experience:
Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Training on our products and sales process will be provided. - Strong Communicator: You're comfortable building relationships and conducting in-home consultations.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You're motivated by independence, performance, and earning potential.
- Bilingual: Speaking multiple languages is a plus in this industry.

- Uncapped Commissions: Average commission of approximately $3,000 per installed job. Actual earnings vary based on performance and applicable commission terms.

- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to conduct in-home consultations throughout given territory.
- Self-directed prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service territory.
- Previous sales experience preferred, HVAC product knowledge is a plus.
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) engagement. Compensation is performance-based and governed by the terms of the independent contractor agreement. This is not a salaried or hourly employment position.
