Senior Manager - Plumbing and Fire Protection

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Manager – Plumbing and Fire Protection.

Working as part of a single THE LINE organization, this role is accountable for the successful delivery of Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a design and construction strategy perspective within THE LINE region.

• Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from both consultant and client perspectives; familiarity with the approvals process in KSA is an asset.
• Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects, preferably with world-class architectural design firms.
• Knowledge of SBC and/or US codes and standards.
• Experience with process mapping and process modeling tools.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Flexibility to adapt engagement strategies based on changing circumstances or feedback.

• Deliver the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design, and Construction scope for THE LINE, supporting project goals related to budget, schedule, quality, and sustainability.
• Lead a team supporting the LINE Design Project Engineering Management teams for regional assets and oversee procurement and management of LINE projects.
• Set strategies for Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering in collaboration with THE LINE Design.
• Ensure the successful delivery of plumbing and fire protection systems across LINE regional assets, regardless of delivery method.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
  Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence and diplomatic skills.
