Lead the operation and maintenance of high-voltage Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) assets for a major power transmission network in northwest Saudi Arabia. As Site Manager, you will oversee field teams, subcontractors, and asset management programs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of critical transmission infrastructure.

What you'll do:
  • Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of OHTL assets, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Oversee preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance activities, including inspections, thermography, tower structural checks, conductor health assessment, and line clearance management.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors performing OHTL maintenance, ensuring adherence to scope, safety standards, and performance KPIs.
  • Review and enhance maintenance procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices in transmission asset management.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for OHTL equipment failures and operational issues.
  • Prepare feasibility studies and technical evaluations for upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
  • Support outage planning and execution for major maintenance activities and emergency repairs.
  • Maintain all documentation in SAP CMMS
    , ensuring accurate records of maintenance, faults, labor hours, and materials.
  • Lead performance monitoring of assets, identifying optimization opportunities to improve availability and extend asset life.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSSE standards, coordinating with the HSSE department on audits, incident investigations, and mitigation actions.
  • Manage materials, spares forecasting, and vendor evaluations in coordination with procurement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with EPC/OEM contractors, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, maintenance, and asset reliability.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
    .
  • 10-12 years' experience in power transmission, overhead line maintenance, or power plant operations (experience in OHTL is highly preferred).
  • Strong technical background in transmission systems including conductors, insulators, towers, foundations, lightning protection, and earthing.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and knowledge of predictive inspection tools.
  • Strong understanding of outage planning, tower climbing safety, HV safety, and maintenance best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary field teams.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
