Senior Engineering Manager - MEP​/Multi Discipline

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented Senior Engineering Manager - MEP / Multi Discipline to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering activities across our diverse infrastructure projects. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating and integrating MEP systems within a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring that all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.

Your leadership will guide project teams to innovate and optimize MEP solutions that enhance performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Additionally, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Over 15 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years of senior/director engineering experience. 6 years of experience gained in Engineering Project Management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration within large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams and managing project deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience with engineering design software and project management tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration among various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on innovative problem-solving.
• Fluency in English
