Power & Infrastructure Director

• Lead power generation, transmission, and infrastructure works, including substations, cabling, grid extensions, and renewable energy systems.
• Lead the pre-construction phase, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) selection and onboarding process.
• Own the comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for Power & Infra packages and works.
• Oversee design development and EPC execution for high-voltage systems and associated infrastructure. Ensure compliance with international standards and local grid codes for reliability and safety.
• Working with the Project Company team to ensure that all invoicing and payment is up to date.
• Support, and report on, the change management process on selected projects, and put in place effective protocols to support successful delivery.
• Manage integration of renewable energy sources and fuel systems into the power network.
• Power & Infra scope, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to fast-track schedules.
• Monitor progress and performance of EPC contractors/ Power & Infra contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and compliance.
• Implement safety protocols for hazardous operations and high-voltage installations.
• Ensure successful commissioning and operational readiness of all power and infrastructure systems.
• Oversee the handover process, ensuring all facilities are operational and meet project specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems;
  Master's preferred.
• 20+ Years in Power & Infra design, construction, and management for large-scale projects and extensive experience in project management.
• Proven track record in power and infrastructure projects for mega developments with expertise in grid integration, renewable energy.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to safety, quality, and environmental compliance especially related to KSA.
• Familiarity with local regulations and international standards for power systems.
