A leading international EPC contractor in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Chief Estimator to join its Estimation Team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5 to 8 years of experience in large-scale EPC projects. Key responsibilities include managing cost estimates and supporting commercial requirements throughout project life cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong quantity surveying skills, excellent English communication abilities, and demonstrate analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
