The Decision Support & Analysis Specialist plays a critical role in supporting NEOM's Strategic Advisory Department under the Chief of Staff Division. This position focuses on delivering high-quality analytical outputs, performance tracking, and actionable insights to enable informed decision making. The Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and alignment with NEOM's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Analytical Support
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial, operational, and strategic data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Support scenario planning, forecasting, and trend analysis for ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for decision makers.
Data Management & Performance Tracking
  • Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update performance metrics and KPIs aligned with NEOM's strategic goals.
  • Assist in implementing data governance standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on progress against key performance indicators.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analysis.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Act as a point of contact for analytical queries within the Strategic Advisory Department.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and analytical tools.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics and visualization.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for decision support activities.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3-5 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization techniques.
  • Preferred:
    Experience in large organizations or government entities; knowledge of strategic planning frameworks.
