Security Systems Maintenance Specialist

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Security Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure maximum operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will enhance our ability to provide secure environments for our clients.

Security Systems Maintenance Specialist is responsible to supervise the day-to-day field work activities of the contracted Maintenance Service Provider/s to ensure quality of work, certify work completion, verify invoices and ensure that agreed KPI’s and SLA’s with the Service Provider are followed. In addition, will follow established strategy to ensure the maintenance strategy and plans are followed by the Service Provider via inspections, audits and witnessing work in the field to ensure assets are properly preserved and maintained.

• Conduct inspections to ensure all systems are operational and compliant with safety standards.
• Work closely with the service provider on maintenance systems related issues and ensure maintenance program are properly implemented.
• Participate in walkthrough with the service providers and identify issues and PM progress in areas of responsibility.
• Monitor corrective maintenance tickets in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and ensure compliance with the rectification periods sets in the contract.
• Work closely with services providers to implement security system maintenance policies, process and procedure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.
• Train end-users on the proper use of security systems and equipment.
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements to enhance security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in security systems.

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, Security Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience working in systems maintenance and/or inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Certifications related to security systems maintenance are a plus.
