Inventory Technician

JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1
  - Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that they are within specified limits
• 2
  - Coordinating with shipping companies to schedule deliveries of new inventory items
• 3
  - Reporting any inventory discrepancies to supervisors for resolution
• 4
  - Auditing inventory records to ensure that items are correctly categorized and priced
• 5
  - Receiving and storing incoming inventory items until they can be processed by other employees
• 6
  - Determining appropriate storage locations for inventory items based on their type or function
• 7
  - Coordinating warehouse activities such as loading and unloading trucks, picking orders from shelves, and unpacking shipments
• 8
  - Preparing inventory reports by counting, measuring, pricing, and recording data about items in inventory
• 9
  - Maintaining records of items in inventory, including item descriptions and serial numbers or bar codes

• Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
• Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
• Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
• Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

• To have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year experience as inventory Technician
