About the company:
A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced conservation architect, either already accredited or working towards accreditation, to join their collaborative and supportive studio. The practice is renowned for delivering high-quality projects across residential, education, heritage, and commercial sectors, with a strong focus on conservation and heritage-led design. The successful candidate will be fully office-based, contributing to a friendly, professional environment while working on a range of engaging conservation projects.

Ideal Candidate:
- Accredited in conservation architecture, or actively working towards accreditation
- Strong design and technical skills in heritage and conservation projects
- Knowledge of heritage regulations, listed building consent, and historic building techniques
- Excellent communication and team-working abilities
- Passionate about professional development, mentoring, and heritage-led design
Daily Duties:
- Leading conservation and heritage projects from concept to completion
- Coordinating with clients, heritage bodies, consultants, and contractors
- Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and planning submissions for listed and historic buildings
- Mentoring junior staff and supporting colleagues' professional growth
- Participating in studio meetings, design reviews, and project planning
