Salary: £14.52 per hour (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Driving Licence:

- Previous experience running a day centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities
- Previous experience managing a team
- A valid manual UK driving licence
- Offer creative sessions like art and music to reinforce fine motor skills and cognitive engagement.
- Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
- Contributing to tailored support plans
- Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
- Managing a team, writing reports and managing staff reviews and 1-1 meetings.
