Role Description Activities & Resource Co-ordinator – Make Every Day Matter!

Location:

Tadley, Hampshire

Salary: £14.52 per hour (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits

Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Driving Licence:

What You’ll Need
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience running a day centre for adults with complex needs and disabilities
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Offer creative sessions like art and music to reinforce fine motor skills and cognitive engagement.
  • Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
  • Contributing to tailored support plans
  • Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
  • Managing a team, writing reports and managing staff reviews and 1-1 meetings.
