The RoleReporting into the UK&I Country Leader, Personal Care, you will have full accountability for achieving sales growth, share and profitability with our biggest partner within the UK&I business.
Accountabilities• Build consumer‑led joint business plans that facilitate sustainable growth for both the consumer and Kimberly-Clark, and lead the annual negotiation process in the UK&I.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop activation plans that unlock the agreed category opportunities.
• Use data to understand, interpret and own customer/channel performance, taking a proactive approach to quickly resolve challenges and achieve objectives.

- Proven experience forging and maintaining business relationships
- Ability to present recommendations in an influential manner
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen—highly numerate with strong analytical skills
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Exceptional time‑management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Experience of sales forecasting and profit modelling for your own business and the retailer
- Ability to maximize sales performance through analytical data
- Participate in customer management processes (annual negotiations and quarterly updates)
- Education to degree level preferred
- Recent experience managing Retail and Distributor partners
- Relevant experience using category and retailer data sources
- Proven track record of developing sustainable joint business plans and delivering business results
