We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our friendly surgical team as a Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon. Daily duties will be supporting surgical teams in delivering safe patient care and managing waiting lists. Breast Surgery experience is required and specific training in any of the specialties of General Surgery is preferred.
As a senior employee of the Trust, you will work closely with clinical, medical, professional, and managerial colleagues to provide high‑quality healthcare. Integral responsibilities include:
- The provision of a first‑class clinical service
- Effective leadership for all staff engaged in the specialty
- Sustaining and developing teaching for our trainees
- Undertaking all work in accordance with the Trust’s procedures and operating policies
- Conducting clinical practice in accordance with contractual requirements and within the parameters of the Trust’s service plans
- Maintaining the confidence of business plans and development strategies formulated for the specialty, the division, or the Trust
