As an IT Apprentice you will be working within an existing team of I.T technicians dealing will the first line support calls and liaising with second- and third-line support.

The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team and also happy to work independently.

Main Duties

* Creating user accounts, password resets, adding printers, etc.

* Dealing with support requests via the IT Help desk and also supporting via phone and sometimes face to face.

* Monitoring multiple IT systems producing first line checks to help highlight and issues.

Desired Knowledge

* Windows 10/11 knowledge.

* Basic networking knowledge.
