Key Responsibilities- Expediting & Monitoring.
- Track supplier progress against purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Monitor milestones; elevate delays and propose corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between operations, procurement, engineering, and supply chain.
- Facilitate meetings and follow‑ups to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier data, change orders, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100) and project specifications.
- Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support supplier evaluation programs and assist with payment monitoring.
- 2-5 years in project coordination, expediting, or supply chain within aerospace or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP would be a distinct advantage.
- Use of MS applications (Excel, Project, etc.).
- Understanding of aerospace quality principles (ISO/AS9100).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes and compliance audits.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
