Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator (People Experience & Operations) to join our People Team and support both HR operations and recruitment activity across the business.
What this role is really about.
This is a hands‑on coordination role within the People function. You’ll help ensure HR and recruitment processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently — from candidate experience and onboarding through to HR systems, reporting, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities: Across HR & Recruitment
- Supporting core HR and people systems (ATS, HRIS, LMS, benefits platforms), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Providing first‑line support to managers and employees on HR systems
- Assisting with HR KPI reporting across recruitment, engagement, learning & development, and workforce data
- Supporting employee engagement surveys and HR initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
- Supporting People Team projects, internal communications, and training coordination
- Posting and managing vacancies across multiple job boards
- Reviewing CVs and carrying out initial candidate screening
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
- Acting as the main point of contact for candidates and providing timely feedback
- Maintaining accurate ATS records and responding to recruitment queries
- Supporting the Recruitment Lead during busy periods
This role requires flexibility and a collaborative approach, supporting across HR and recruitment during peak periods to ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally.
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a similar people‑focused role
- Experience using HR systems and/or ATS platforms
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practice
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
