Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (PROPERTY EAST ($3500/5.5Day/AWS/BONUS)

Customer Service Officer (Customer Service For Property / Real Estate Industry)

5.5 Days

Monday - Saturday

Mon - Fri : 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat : 8:30am-1pm

$3000-$3500*

+ AWS

+ Variable Bonus

Kindly note, current Condos and Projects Sites is mostly at East area, but candidates would be deploy to go to other project sites in future project locations and when need arises

Able to and Willing to be attached on short term periods (for example, usually is 3 to 6 months) to different locations (locally within Singapore) of condos, and construction project sites under development.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of working experience in any type of construction industry such as customer service, property officer, property admin, property public relations admin, etc.

Or Candidates with Good Customer Service Experiences / Hospitality experiences from any other industry welcome, for example from the airlines, hotels, tourism & etc.

Keen interest in Construction, Property, Real Estate Industry

Responsibilities
  • Station at condos or project sites (usually for short term period, like for 3 to 6 mths)
  • Then candidates will proceed to another condos or project sites after the above assignments
  • Residents Customer Service duties
  • Handle Customer queries
  • Keys handover
  • Handling enquiries
  • Defects repair Coordination
  • Customer Service Related Coordination Job
  • Customer Service Related Admin duties
  • Customer Service Related Paperwork
  • Reply promptly to customers' email, phone call or face to face enquiries & etc
  • Ad Hoc duties assigned

* Salary will depend on candidate qualifications and experiences
