Assistant Operations Manager (Chemical)
Working Hours:
Mon–Fri, 9:30am–6:30pm
Salary: $4,500 – $5,500
Location:
Tampines
Benefits: AWS, Bonus, 10 days AL
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations from order processing to production and delivery.
- Coordinate with Production and QC teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Plan production schedules and manage materials with purchasing and inventory teams.
- Liaise with Business Development on new projects, fragrance variants, and samples.
- Update stakeholders on order status, lead times, and production progress.
- Ensure products comply with internal, IFRA, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor yields, material usage, and workflow efficiency; suggest improvements.
- Supervise customer service team for smooth order and dispatch operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in fragrance, cosmetic, or chemical manufacturing.
- Hands‑on, organized, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or IFRA standards is an advantage.
