Are you ready to be part of our digital transformation journey? Bristan Group is seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who will lead, shape, and enhance our digital marketing strategy across the full marketing mix. This pivotal role is designed to bolster our digital foundations and elevate our online customer experience while driving measurable commercial performance across our channel partners, installers, and consumers.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will own key digital channels and drive insights‑led optimisation. You will champion best practices and ensure that digital marketing plays a central role in promoting brand preference and supporting Bristan Group’s ambitious growth plans. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborates closely with Channel Marketing, Brand & Comms, and Product Marketing teams to ensure a seamless integration of digital strategies into our overall commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, optimisation, and daily management of the Bristan Group website while supporting digital content strategy.
  • Collaborate with IT and external partners on website transformation projects, focusing on requirements, user experience (UX), discovery, and implementation.
  • Oversee analytics and performance reporting to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
Paid Media & Retail Media
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across social media, display, and search platforms.
  • Work with Channel Marketing to manage retail media investments through key channel partners, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure that creative elements and targeting strategies align with brand objectives and growth plans.
CRM & Customer Journeys
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, focusing on segmentation and automation initiatives.
  • Create structured test‑and‑learn plans to enhance engagement and conversion rates across channel partners, installers, and consumers.
  • Drive data capture initiatives to enrich customer information and improve targeting strategies.
SEO / AEO / GEO Management
  • Take ownership of our organic search strategy, focusing on content, technical SEO, and structured data.
  • Ensure our website is prepared for the future of AI‑driven search, keeping us ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team on content planning and delivery to ensure alignment and consistency.
Digital PR & Online Visibility
  • Coordinate digital PR initiatives to build authority, secure backlinks, and enhance our search visibility.
  • Amplify integrated campaigns across various digital channels to maximise reach and engagement.
Digital Reporting & Insight
  • Lead the development of digital measurement frameworks and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Provide actionable insights that not only improve performance but also demonstrate the commercial impact of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven optimisation across the team.
Leadership & Capability Building
  • Line‑manage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Foster digital skills, tools, and best practices within the wider marketing team.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with and influence cross‑functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and brand strategy.
Continuous Learning and Innovation
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain our competitive advantage and drive innovation.
What We're Looking For

Person Specification:

  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on capability
  • Confident using digital tools and platforms (e.g. GA, CMS, Analytics tools, CRM systems, social platforms, SEO)
  • Commercial focus
Qualifications and experience
  • Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role, (B2B, B2C or ideally B2B2C)
  • Demonstrable experience managing websites, CMS, analytics and optimisation initiatives
  • Proven track record of running paid digital campaigns and improving performance
