Factory Operative

Groom field Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Factory Operative for their client based in Tamworth B79. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a busy manufacturing environment with the potential to go permanent after a successful probationary period.

Hours of Work: 06:00 to 16:30 (4 days a week, out of 5 days, Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (Overtime paid  per hour)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading machinery
• Weighing stock and materials
• Stock movement and lifting to 20KG
• Palletising products for shipment
• Labelling and managing goods out processes

The Candidate:

This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a range of warehouse and factory duties. Successful candidates will be offered a temporary to permanent position, provided they complete all duties, learn the processes, and demonstrate good timekeeping and attendance.
