* Calling and connecting with businesses to uncover new opportunities

* Building relationships with existing customers (yep, they’ll actually enjoy hearing from you!)

* Smashing targets and celebrating wins

* Understanding how businesses tick — their goals, challenges, ambitions

* Spotting opportunities for our specialists to step in and help

* Handling inbound calls from businesses

* Following up leads from our marketing team

* Keeping customer info up to date

* Staying compliant, because we do things right
