£25,000 basic + commission (OTE up to £50,000)

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join a growing office-based sales team, with a clear pathway to becoming a Business Development Manager.

A proactive, phone-based role designed for someone ready to hit the ground running:

• Making outbound calls to businesses in the construction sector (50 calls a day — 25 in the morning, 25 in the afternoon)
• Building relationships, asking questions, and generating interest
• Booking meetings and passing leads to senior sales team members
• Developing your knowledge to take ownership of deals as you progress

No prior structural warranty or insurance experience is required — just energy, confidence, and the ability to pick up the phone.
