Shift: Days, with an early finish every Friday

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Fitter to join a growing engineering manufacturer supplying bespoke machinery into aerospace, defence and automotive sectors. Due to continued expansion, two new positions have been created to support increased production demand. This role suits someone confident with refrigeration systems, copper pipework and hands-on system assembly.

The Role
You will work on the build, assembly and testing of bespoke cooling and air-treatment machinery, carrying out both mechanical and refrigeration-based fitting work.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and fit mechanical components on cooling and air-treatment systems
Complete pressure testing and refrigerant charging activities
Carry out electrical control panel wiring (training available if required)
Perform copper pipe bending, brazing and soldering
Inspect and test finished systems to ensure full quality compliance

Required Experience & Skills

Refrigeration fitting experience
Copper pipework brazing/soldering competence
Strong mechanical and electrical fitting ability
Able to work from drawings and follow build instructions
Quality-focused with strong self-inspection skills
F-Gas certified (preferred - training available if needed)
