Requirements
- Minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan / Perpajakan.
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di Finance, Accounting, dan/atau Tax (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
- Memahami dasar akuntansi, PSAK, serta perpajakan Indonesia (PPN & PPh).
- Mahir Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Pengalaman software akuntansi/ERP, e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot, dan Brevet A & B menjadi nilai tambah.
- Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, mampu bekerja dengan deadline, dan komunikatif.
- Mengelola transaksi petty cash dan kas besar, termasuk pemeriksaan bukti dan rekonsiliasi.
- Mempro pembayaran dan request payment serta melakukan update data AP.
- Melakukan pengecekan PR, PO, dan AP sesuai anggaran.
- Menyusun proyeksi pembayaran vendor dan memantau ketersediaan dana.
- Mengelola pencatatan AP dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait.
- Menyusun dan memproses kewajiban pajak (PPN & PPh bulanan).
- Memastikan kelengkapan dan akurasi dokumen sebelum pembayaran.
