We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients across different regions. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with local labor regulations.

• Manage and process payroll for multiple outsourced clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Handle payroll calculations, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax filings
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to collect and validate payroll data
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory submissions
• Address payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees
• Assist in ongoing and upcoming payroll projects, including process improvements and automation initiativ
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an outsourcing or multi-country environment
• Must have strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in Indonesian payroll; knowledge of other Southeast Asia (SEA) payroll (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines) is an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in handling multi-client payroll operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• Fluent in English, with good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data reconciliation)
