Lead the overall vision, strategy, and design direction for landscape across all company projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use, township).
Develop landscape masterplans aligned with brand standards, sustainability goals, and market positioning.
Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and project directors to integrate landscape into early design stages.
Identify landscape design trends, technologies, and sustainability best practices to elevate project value.
Oversee internal landscape design teams and/or coordinate with external landscape consultants.
Review, approve, and guide conceptual design, schematic design, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers during construction.
Ensure landscape implementation aligns with design intent, specifications, and quality standards.
Participate in site inspections, resolving design issues, and providing technical guidance.
Provide guidance on plant species selection, irrigation systems, and long‑term upkeep strategies.
Prepare and review landscape budgets, cost estimates, and value engineering proposals.
Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
Minimum 12–15+ years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, preferably within property development or consulting firms
Demonstrated experience in leading landscape design for large-scale projects
: townships, mixed‑use developments, residential communities, commercial districts, or hospitality.
Proven track record managing end-to-end landscape design and implementation
, from concept to construction handover.
Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities.
Strong capability in master planning, conceptual design, and detailed landscape design.
Proficiency in design and technical tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, GIS, or other landscape design software.
