Gudang Ada was launched at the beginning of 2019 by an Indonesian and Southeast Asian FMCG industry expert with multi decades of experience, Stevensang. Gudang Ada, a leading B2B marketplace startup company, was born with a mission to empower all FMCG players in the supply chain FMCG players in the supply chain with faster, cheaper, smarter, and bigger transactions through technology.

Product designers provide the user's point of view to the discussions and collaborate with the rest of the product team to ensure that users will end up with the best solution to the issue h a deep knowledge of how the technology works and an interest in how users behave, the best product designers can answer any problem with a combination of well-defined flow, wireframes, information architecture, user journey, and/or storyboard.

• Work closely and under supervision of the product design lead, and follow the predefined process set by the product team
• Able to comprehend the product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team under the supervision of the product design lead
• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope
• Define end-to-end wireframe and wire flow for features using standard wire framing tools
• Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testings, release and monitor the impact after the product release
• Contribute to the team cadence discussion and make an occasional short presentation to the team, as well as present team’s updates if needed
• Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goals

• Should have at least +2 year of experience in the product design industry
• Familiar data and can identify problem areas, furtherly map out the user journey, and break the problems into smaller chunks
• Use basic analytics tools to gather customer data (the funnel)
• Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking framework and another framework in order to develop products
• Able to sketch the ideas into wireframes, learn how to make wire flow, and do wire framing for well-defined features
• Have a good knowledge of the tools, such as Overflow, Miro, Sketch, and other wire framing tools that are widely used by Product Designers
• Knowledge of design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative research
