- Conduct market surveys based on approved project plans.
- Review project feasibility from both commercial aspects and appropriate formulation perspectives.
- Develop product prototype concepts.
- Support Technical Sales in creating new concepts together with R&D customers.
- Perform troubleshooting for technical and quality-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. - Minimum 1 year of experience as R&D in a company conducting research related to coatings.
- Experience as R&D in a medical company is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willing to be placed in South Tangerang.
