QHSE Officer

Job Overview

Support the implementation and monitoring of HSE Plans and Programs for workshop and project activities.

• Prepare, review, and control HSE documents (JSA, HIRA, Risk Register, SOP/WI).
• Ensure CSMS compliance in line with Oil & Gas standards and client requirements.
• Conduct HSE inspections and monitor high-risk activities.
• Monitor PTW implementation and PPE compliance
  .
• Support HSE audits
  , incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Prepare monthly HSE & P2K3 reports and conduct safety meetings and inductions.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance
  .

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC industries.
• Holds AK3 Umum or Ahli K3 Migas Operator certification (preferred).
• Holds Internal Auditor SMK3 / ISO certification (advantage).
• Proficient in preparing CSMS, HSE Plans, JSA, HIRA, HSE reporting
  , and audit processes.
• Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of control measures.
• Strong communication skills, assertive, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to work at project sites.
