About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of QRM to join our growing team at EMC Healthcare in Tangerang. As a full‑time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and risk management across our healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and improve clinical and operational performance.
• Oversee the identification, assessment and mitigation of strategic, operational and compliance risks.
• Lead the design and maintenance of robust management systems, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, accreditation standards and industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and training to staff on quality, risk and management principles.
• Analyze data and generate insightful reports to inform decision‑making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Public Health or Medicine.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in quality, risk or management roles within the healthcare industry.
• Advanced knowledge of quality management systems, risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing accreditation (KARS & JCI).
• Experience preparing documentation and regulations.
• Understanding of internal QRM audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
