Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide students in robotics design, programming, and testing in preparation for competitions.
• Assist with robot assembly, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting both hardware and software.
• Organise, maintain, and manage robotics lab resources including tools, components, and software licenses.
• Support competition logistics such as technical documentation, compliance checks, and equipment preparation.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate robotics activities into co-curricular and classroom learning.
• Assist the IT/Robotics department in other school technology initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO, VEX, Arduino) and/or programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Scratch.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in both hardware and software contexts.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage tools, equipment, and project schedules.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage positively with students, teachers, and other staff.
• Willing to work onsite in BSD, Tangerang.
