IT Quality Assurance; Automation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product and Developer team to deeply understand business requirement and application functionalities based on the given system design, user story, and Figma.
• Analyze & assess scenarios that should be covered by automation.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation tests for mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Collaborate closely with Developers for bug fixing & resolution based on the given SLA.
• Contribute to establish and improve automation test to be more reliable and effective in the QA process.

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related fields.
• Min 3 years of hands‑on experiences in both manual & automation test for web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with test management, and bug tracking tools (Jira, Testrail, Qase.io).
• Hands‑on experiences in Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Rest‑Assured automation framework.
• Familiarity with Git version control system & branching strategy.
• Hands‑on experiences in Java programming.
• Exposure to CI/CD process (Jenkins).
• Excellent communication and problem solving skill.
• Hunger of learning and growth.
• Comfortable working in agile and pace environment.

• Experienced in working for e-commerce industry.
• Experienced in developing test automation framework (Web/Mobile/API) from the scratch.
