We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a placement with one of our clients in the banking industry.

  Experience: Minimum 3 years

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience in IT projects, software development, or support within an Agile team.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Comfortable using Agile/project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review).
• Guide the team in applying Agile principles effectively.
• Remove impediments and support smooth sprint execution.
• Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure clear requirements and delivery goals.
• Monitor progress, support continuous improvement, and maintain a productive team environment.
